You can complete all applications online and utilize the eligibility questionnaire below to better understand whether the property is eligible for incentives or special property designation. Please note there have been changes to the affidavit requirements listed below that were previously exempt in 2017 - 2021. You must be able to comply with the affidavit requirements below in order to apply for an incentive or special property designation.
