Interior Posting Requirements

The short-term rental ordinance requires certain information to be posted within the interior of rental units in a visible location. We have created the documents listed below to help you meet this requirement. Please print and post:

• Your registration certificate emailed upon approval of your registration application.
• Good Neighbor Flyer(PDF, 34KB)
• Trash and Recycling Guide(PDF, 34KB)
• Evacuation Map(PDF, 34KB)

Optional but recommended:

• Responsible Recreation Guide(PDF, 34KB)

Protective Documentation

Below are guidelines and documentation to help protect residents against unwarranted danger such as Fire and Bear(s):

• Short-term rental properties must subscribe to two-can trash service and provide two 32-gallon cans for trash collection
